Our client was preparing to list their beautifully proportioned three-bedroom Victorian terrace in Newcastle. Their estate agent recommended professional staging before the property went to market, recognising that while the home retained stunning period features including original cornicing, picture rails, and a feature fireplace, empty rooms would make it harder for potential buyers to appreciate the property’s true potential and visualise modern living within the Victorian layout.
