A local property developer had meticulously refurbished this stunning 1880s Victorian Villa in Hexham, investing significantly in restoring original features and modernising the infrastructure.  Despite the high quality  renovation work, including rewiring, new central heating and carefully restored period details - the property would languish on the market as potential buyers touring the vacant rooms struggled to appreciate the scale, flow and lifestyle potential of the beautifully renovated space.

We staged the property to showcase the developers exceptional craftmanship while adding warmth and context to empty spaces. Our focus was highlighting the restored period features while demonstrating how the generous rooms worked for modern family living.

This impressive four-bedroom Victorian terrace on Whitley Bay's premier seafront road had spectacular sea views, but the property showed signs of wear and needed cosmetic updating.  Critically potential buyers could miss the property's greatest asset - those breath taking coastal views - walking though quickly without connecting to what made this location truly special.

Working with the owner we advised on strategic updates before implementing staging that would showcase the property's transformed potential.  The goal was to create a sophisticated coastal aesthetic that helped buyers envision premium seaside living.

Strategic Staging

• Used a coastal inspired palette of soft blues, whites and natural textures
• Styled the bay windows as features zones with telescopes and elegant seating
• Created lifestyle vignettes - morning coffee setups facing the promenade, cosy reading nooks with sea views
• Transformed the primary bedroom into a luxurious retreat from waking to sunset over the water
• Kept window treatments minimal to maximise light and uninterrupted views
